The Working Group’s second session focused on transboundary oil spill response. It featured a presentation from Brian Kirk, Spill Prevention Section Manager with the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Spill Prevention, Preparedness, and Response program on the response to the sinking of and spill from the fishing vessel Aleutian Isle in the Salish Sea.
