existing Regional Operations Centres in Victoria, BC, Montreal, QC, and St. John’s, NL, and modernizing
its response equipment including booms, skimmers, sweep systems, response vessels and emergency towing

of the Trans Mountain Pipeline Expansion Project scheduled to be operational at the end of 2022.
