Le rapport r\u00e9sume l\u2019analyse de la d\u00e9rive et de l\u2019intervention des navires bas\u00e9e sur des sc\u00e9narios afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rents emplacements des remorqueurs de sauvetage. L\u2019\u00e9tude utilise sept sc\u00e9narios pour refl\u00e9ter les emplacements des remorqueurs de sauvetage actuels et potentiels. Clear Seas et des repr\u00e9sentants r\u00e9gionaux&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/environnement-changement-climatique.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d\u2019Environnement et Changement climatique Canada<\/a>, de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccg-gcc.gc.ca\/index-fra.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Garde c\u00f4ti\u00e8re canadienne<\/a>, de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tc.canada.ca\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Transport Canada<\/a>&nbsp;et de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bccoastpilots.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">British Columbia Coast Pilots<\/a>&nbsp;ont collabor\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration des param\u00e8tres qui d\u00e9finissent les diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque sc\u00e9nario a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le permettant d\u2019estimer la probabilit\u00e9 qu\u2019un remorqueur de sauvetage arrive \u00e0 temps pour aider un navire en difficult\u00e9. Le mod\u00e8le incorpore le littoral de la zone et les conditions de vent historiques, ainsi que le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 un remorqueur pour atteindre le navire en difficult\u00e9, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9 en fonction de la position de d\u00e9part du remorqueur, du temps de mobilisation, de la vitesse de d\u00e9placement, de l\u2019itin\u00e9raire et du temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019une ligne de remorquage. Le temps de d\u00e9rive du navire en difficult\u00e9 avant l\u2019\u00e9chouement a \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9 sur la base des caract\u00e9ristiques de d\u00e9rive de navires de tailles et de types particuliers qui transitent habituellement dans la zone, combin\u00e9es aux conditions de vent tir\u00e9es des donn\u00e9es historiques sur les vents. Comme tous les mod\u00e8les, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une approximation simplifi\u00e9e d\u2019un syst\u00e8me complexe. Les utilisateurs doivent tenir compte des limites du mod\u00e8le lorsqu\u2019ils interpr\u00e8tent et appliquent les r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce rapport est l\u2019une des trois \u00e9tudes men\u00e9es par Clear Seas dans le cadre du projet&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/clearseas.org\/fr\/research\/couloirs-de-navigation-maritime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Couloirs de transport maritime<\/a>&nbsp;(Vessel Drift and Response Analysis for Canada\u2019s Pacific Coast, Emergency Towing Vessel Needs Assessment, Availability of Tugs of Opportunity in Canada\u2019s Pacific Region).
