{"id":18048,"date":"2022-06-01T15:49:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-01T22:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clearseas.org\/research\/transport-maritime-a-impact-zero\/"},"modified":"2025-11-13T13:43:11","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T21:43:11","slug":"transport-maritime-a-impact-zero","status":"publish","type":"research","link":"https:\/\/clearseas.org\/fr\/research\/transport-maritime-a-impact-zero\/","title":{"rendered":"Transport maritime \u00e0 impact z\u00e9ro"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"research-project-section alignwide wp-block-acf-tu-research-project-section\">\n\t<div class=\"flex-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"flex-col-12 flex-col-lg-8\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<div class=\"research-project-inner-section align wp-block-acf-tu-research-project-inner-section\">\n\t<h2 class=\"h4 inner-section-title\" data-aos=\"fade-left\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9 Analytique<\/h2>\n\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-delay=\"250\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"opener\">En collaboration avec le Conseil national de recherches du Canada (CNRC) et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Colombie-Britannique (UBC), Clear Seas a entrepris un projet de recherche visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un cadre permettant d\u2019\u00e9valuer et de prioriser les solutions technologiques pouvant aider \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer les incidences environnementales globales du transport maritime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Financ\u00e9 par le gouvernement du Canada et Mitacs, ce projet pluriannuel est dirig\u00e9 par Amanda Giang, Ph. D., de l\u2019Institut pour les ressources, l\u2019environnement et la durabilit\u00e9 (IRES) et du D\u00e9partement de g\u00e9nie m\u00e9canique de UBC, de m\u00eame que par Terre Satterfield, Ph. D., de l\u2019IRES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que le transport maritime demeure le mode de transport de marchandises le plus efficace sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, les pr\u00e9occupations concernant ses incidences environnementales \u2013 qui vont bien au-del\u00e0 des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre \u2013 continuent de cro\u00eetre. Alors que les volumes de marchandises transport\u00e9es par voies navigables augmentent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, les exploitants de navires commerciaux doivent travailler \u00e0 r\u00e9duire, voire \u00e0 \u00e9liminer, toute forme de pollution \u2013 air, eau, bruits sous-marins, microplastiques, transfert d\u2019esp\u00e8ces envahissantes \u2013 tout en pr\u00e9venant les accidents et les d\u00e9versements. Tout un \u00e9ventail de possibilit\u00e9s s\u2019offre aux armateurs et aux d\u00e9veloppeurs de technologies pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019empreinte environnementale des activit\u00e9s de transport maritime. De l\u2019automatisation aux carburants et aux syst\u00e8mes de propulsion alternatifs, en passant par les mat\u00e9riaux novateurs et l\u2019intelligence artificielle : o\u00f9 concentrer les efforts pour maximiser la performance environnementale?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par l\u2019entremise d\u2019une approche multicrit\u00e8re, le pr\u00e9sent projet donnera lieu au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un cadre d\u2019\u00e9valuation de la durabilit\u00e9 qui tient compte des incidences environnementales globales du transport maritime et de la mesure dans laquelle diff\u00e9rentes technologies peuvent contribuer \u00e0 les att\u00e9nuer. Une fois d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, le cadre d\u2019\u00e9valuation sera publiquement disponible et permettra d\u2019identifier et de prioriser les solutions qui pr\u00e9sentent le plus grand potentiel pour am\u00e9liorer la performance environnementale du transport maritime \u00e0 tous les niveaux. Les connaissances et les outils g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s dans le cadre de ce projet faciliteront \u00e9galement la prise de d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es et serviront d\u2019assises pour les recherches subs\u00e9quentes, en permettant notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De prioriser les efforts de d\u00e9veloppement technologique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u2019affiner les d\u00e9cisions en mati\u00e8re de politiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De s\u00e9lectionner les meilleures technologies pour la mise \u00e0 jour des navires existants et la conception de nouveaux
