Bien que plusieurs solutions offrent des avantages environnementaux, elles peuvent aussi entra\u00eener de nouveaux risques, de nouvelles incertitudes et des compromis entre les objectifs environnementaux, op\u00e9rationnels, sociaux et \u00e9conomiques.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet&nbsp;<em>Transport maritime \u00e0 impact z\u00e9ro<\/em>&nbsp;est une initiative de recherche collaborative men\u00e9e par Clear Seas, l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Colombie-Britannique (UBC) et le Conseil national de recherches du Canada (CNRC). Le projet a explor\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont la pens\u00e9e syst\u00e9mique et les approches structur\u00e9es d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision peuvent soutenir des \u00e9valuations plus globales des technologies, des carburants et des investissements en recherche visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les impacts environnementaux des activit\u00e9s de transport maritime.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 partir d\u2019entrevues, d\u2019ateliers et d\u2019\u00e9tudes de cas men\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de professionnels du transport maritime, la recherche a examin\u00e9 comment les organisations prennent des d\u00e9cisions dans des contextes complexes et incertains. Elle a \u00e9galement permis d\u2019\u00e9laborer un cadre pratique visant \u00e0 appuyer une prise de d\u00e9cision plus transparente et fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es probantes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En fin de compte, le projet d\u00e9montre qu\u2019il existe rarement une seule \u00ab meilleure \u00bb solution.
