Elle offre aux personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es une plateforme de mise en r\u00e9seau et de partage des connaissances sur le risque maritime. Apprenez-en plus sur <a href=\"https:\/\/meopar.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/CoP-White-Paper.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019impact des communaut\u00e9s de pratique dans le secteur maritime<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons  aos-animate data-aos_fade-up is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"http:\/\/eepurl.com\/he03HT\">Joindre le FCRTM<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"research-project-inner-section align wp-block-acf-tu-research-project-inner-section\">\n\t<h2 class=\"h4 inner-section-title\" data-aos=\"fade-left\">Qu\u2019est-ce que le Forum canadien des risques du transport maritime?<\/h2>\n\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-delay=\"250\">\n\t\t\n\n<p>Le Forum canadien des risques du transport maritime est une communaut\u00e9 de pratique (CdP) qui examine des th\u00e8mes relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude des risques li\u00e9s au transport maritime, au Canada principalement. Les activit\u00e9s de la CdP gravitent autour de trois grands axes : les donn\u00e9es sur la navigation commerciale, la mod\u00e9lisation du trafic maritime, et la quantification et l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques li\u00e9s au transport maritime. Les donn\u00e9es sur la navigation commerciale permettent de conna\u00eetre les types de donn\u00e9es recueillies et par quels moyens, ainsi que l\u2019utilisation, le traitement et le partage (lorsque possible) de ces donn\u00e9es. La mod\u00e9lisation du trafic maritime renseigne sur les besoins, les approches et les m\u00e9thodes utilis\u00e9es, le partage d\u2019un code mod\u00e8le, de m\u00eame que la mod\u00e9lisation de l\u2019\u00e9valuation et des indicateurs de performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuation et de quantification des risques du transport maritime, de par leur port\u00e9e et leur importance, constituent l\u2019axe d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat principal de la CdP. Les th\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux risques du transport maritime vont de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019une r\u00e9gion d\u2019activit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude des incidences du transport maritime sur divers r\u00e9cepteurs, tels que l\u2019environnement, les esp\u00e8ces en p\u00e9ril et la sant\u00e9 humaine, en passant par la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des navires. De fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la CdP aborde des probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mod\u00e9lisation du trafic maritime et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence des navires, aux incidences des navires sur pratiques op\u00e9rationnelles de pointe pour l\u2019analyse des risques du transport maritime, la communaut\u00e9 de pratique esp\u00e8re pouvoir d\u00e9terminer et mettre \u00e0 jour les meilleures pratiques \u00e0 recommander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cerner les lacunes dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques li\u00e9s au transport maritime et partager des connaissances afin de combler ces lacunes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pouvoir am\u00e9liorer les approches continuellement, il faut cerner les \u00ab points faibles \u00bb. La communication entre les praticiens sur des questions ouvertes peut donner lieu \u00e0 des solutions novatrices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Maintenir une discussion active sur les nouvelles sources de donn\u00e9es sur le transport maritime<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es sur les navires en mer s\u2019accumulent \u00e0 un rythme de plus en plus rapide. Les moyens utilis\u00e9s pour traiter et interpr\u00e9ter ces donn\u00e9es sont importants pour prendre de bonnes d\u00e9cisions concernant les risques des navires et pour les navires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fournir une enceinte pour d\u00e9terminer de nouveaux sujets de recherche dans ce domaine d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat multidisciplinaire<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La CdP peut fournir une table autour de laquelle des intervenants de diverses disciplines peuvent discuter d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats communs. Cette communication peut donner lieu \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux partenariats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les risques li\u00e9s au transport maritime ou pouvant affecter le transport maritime sont de nature multidisciplinaire puisqu\u2019ils touchent plusieurs domaines d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, y compris la gestion du trafic sur les voies navigables, la t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection, les sciences de l\u2019environnement, la mod\u00e9lisation g\u00e9ospatiale, la r\u00e9glementation du transport, ainsi que l\u2019analyse et la gestion des risques. Les recherches dans ces diff\u00e9rentes disciplines sont naturellement plus tourn\u00e9es vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur que vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, ce qui tend \u00e0 concentrer les renseignements qui seraient utiles \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 internationale \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un seul champ d\u2019\u00e9tude ou d\u2019une seule organisation. Le Forum canadien sur les risques du transport maritime est un des m\u00e9canismes qui contribuent \u00e0 baisser les barri\u00e8res interdisciplinaires pour l\u2019analyse du transport
