Collection of Personal Data

The content featured on Clear Seas’ website may include embedded content from other websites (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you had visited the other website.
Use of Personal Information
Clear Seas uses the Device Information collected to improve its website and also to screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address). Clear Seas uses Device Information to generate summary analytics about users’ browsing behaviours and interactions with the website, and to assess the relevance of its advertising efforts.
Clear Seas shares Device Information with third parties to improve its understanding of the latter. Clear Seas may also share Device Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information it receives, or to otherwise protect its organizational rights.
